Fit Futures Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) programs are designed to develop 12 of these skills with maximum participation in classes and maximum enjoyment. Throughout the different stage groups within a school skills are reinforced through games, skill sessions, circuits, stations and group activities.

All our FMS lessons incorporate the balance, movement, throwing and catching, kicking, striking and evasion skills required to play all sports. We then transfer these skills into a wide variety of sports throughout the program including, basketball, hockey, tennis, soccer, oz-tag, volleyball, softball and afl.

Research has shown that teaching a child how to transfer a learnt skill into a game situation increases retention rate by 80%. This is why our FMS programs are sports (ball sports) based.
