Fundamental movement skills through ball sports

FMS through ball sports (k-2)

You want to see fun, exciting, games- based skills and smiles. That is what pupils at this age want, and this is what we deliver!

Why choose Fit Futures as your provider?

This creative, fun, and exciting program teaches infants pupils the skills needed to learn to play sports. We focus on the basics running, throwing, catching, kicking, and striking. Not only will they come back to class smiling, but they will have bundles of enthusiasm to play and learn more.

New curriculum

Each stage has its own focus and the progressive lessons help pupils develop their interpersonal skills and physical abilities. At Fit Futures, we create lessons that teach pupils the social skills to play sport, take turns, be safe, and the necessary FMS skills.

At this age, it is all about participation and engagement. We supply more and great quality equipment than any provider. We do this as we do not want pupils waiting in long lines. We believe in learning through play and discovery not watching others for half the lesson.

Our staff are highly trained and are all believers in our company philosophy of building a Fit Future. Our team will have your pupils enjoying lessons but getting them learning healthy habits for life. Our NSW accredited teachers have outstanding programs, lesson plans and the skills to adapt to your pupils and your school!
